LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION
The Firm is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, whether national or international. We believe that legal process is not an end in itself but the means to an end. We help our clients to define their strategy to resolve disputes, marshalling all the facts and arguments while seeking to contain direct and indirect costs. Depending on the circumstances we may recommend either seeking a settlement, if necessary with the assistance of a mediator, or prosecuting the matter before the courts.
We appear before national and arbitral tribunals, more particularly in the following areas:
