TAX
Our Tax Department has extensive experience in conceiving and implementing tax strategies for complex cross-border industrial and real estate based investments, tax litigation and planning for private clients.
Other than providing day-to-day support for the Corporate and Commercial Teams, the Tax team, which includes a former French Tax Inspector, has particular expertise in the following areas:
- assistance with tax audits and litigation;
- analysis and advice regarding both national and cross-border corporate restructurings;
- pre-acquisition tax due diligence;
- taxation of banking and financial activities;
- real estate taxation;
- transfer pricing.
