Our real estate team has been advising both institutional and private clients on their French property projects for over thirty years and also acts in relation to all contentious matters.

We have particular expertise in the following areas:

  • Assistance with the negotiation for the purchase of properties, property companies and wind farms;
  • Accompanying investors in the hotel and leisure sectors;
  • Advice and assistance relating to timeshare;
  • Advising, in cooperation with the tax team of our firm, on the choice of the optimum structure for these transactions;
  • The conduct of pre-acquisition legal due diligence on properties and property companies;
  • Negotiation and drafting of commercial, professional and residential leases;
  • Negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, forward sales and development contracts.;

Our firm has developed a substantial practice in contentious matters involving construction, including construction related insurance questions. The firm represents the full range of parties involved in construction projects (building owners, contractors, architects, engineers, consulting firms…) as well as their insurers.

Down

We are involved in litigation and arbitration relating to construction projects both in France and abroad.

We are highly experienced in the handling of complex disputes as well as the technical aspects of construction matters, in particular the obtaining of protective or provisional measures as well as the organisation and support of and participation in, measures of investigation carried out by experts (notably court-appointed experts).
