With over fifteen years experience with the French regulatory bodies, banks and insurance companies, our firm has established a well regarded niche practice in the mutual funds field. We represent a number of major fund sponsors, French or foreign (mainly of Luxembourg, Irish or English origin), assisting them in obtaining timely registration in France, negotiating financial delegation and distribution agreements.
